Need to return?

A product can be returned within 14 days from the date you received it. Please note that at this time we do not offer exchanges.

Returns 

Please utilize your Canada Post tracking number as a reference for your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will be in contact once the refund has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
To submit a return, please email info@gowayout.ca with the following information:
  • Your name and address;
  • Date your order was placed;
  • The order number (from your order confirmation number); 
  • Item(s) to be returned and a brief reason for return. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return Criteria 

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. We accept returned products that are:
  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered
  • Do not have any smell or pet hair
  • Within 14 days of order ship date 
  • Accessories (such as hats) can not be returned 

We reserve the right to deny the refund of any product that does not meet our return policy criteria. 

Shipping Costs - Returns 

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. 
To avoid having to make returns, please make sure to double check clothing measurements before processing your order.

Sale items and hats are all final sale and can not be returned.
